Violet sorbet

Princess Sissi's favourite dessert! Ready with a fruity rosé and dried flowers, the violet sorbet carries on its magic.

three l of fruity rosé

four l of water

150 g of sugar

6 tablespoons of dried violets, on the market within the grocery retailer

1 egg white

Convey the wine to a boil with the water, sugar and violets. Simmer over low warmth for about 5 minutes. Let the violet syrup cool and pressure it. Whip the egg white and blend it with the violet syrup.

Pour the syrup right into a stainless steel bowl and place within the freezer for approx. four hours. Every 30 minutes, combine the sorbet with a whisk.
